“I really really love the trainings, I feel more engaged than I have ever been to any sport, in a very few sessions I have noticed improvements in my body and in my mind also! I like how all the sessions are different, you never get bored and I like a lot that you push but with common sense and always listening and asking how we feel. I think it's not just the 2 hours we do, but the fact of writing the goals and the follow up you do, that adds a LOT of value to our life. But before starting I thought in having sessions just a few weeks maybe, and now they are essential in my week.”

“I enjoy the variety of exercise.
I love not having to think, and I've loved getting my run fitness back. I like being pushed, but not to the point of unnecessarily stressing or injuring my 45yo body. I wouldn't be doing this if we weren't working together and I'm really glad we are.
I won't be going back to a commercial gym, maybe ever."

“Training with Allaynah is one of the best ways to start the day! She is such a sunshine and radiates so much joy - it resonates throughout the hour which seems to go so fast! Workouts with her can be deceptively challenging but she is a great cheerleader and is always encouraging!
More than that - she is a wealth of knowledge. Up to date on all things health and fitness - it's a real privilege to learn and train with her. I always leave feeling so fresh and powerful!"

“Whether it is for training, nutrition or general advice around all things health I would 100% endorse Allaynah and her programming. She is committed, driven and her support is honestly unrivalled. In the time I have worked with Allaynah I have grown more confident, strong, and have a much better understanding when it comes to training and nutrition. She is approachable, checks in regularly and genuinely cares about her clients and their well-being. I'm looking forward to getting back on board with Allaynah without a doubt. It is so easy to see how passionate she is about her work and the health and well-being of the people she works with. Unreal services offered and provided by an even better human being."

FAQs
How can I achieve fat loss and why is building muscle important to the process?
To achieve fat loss, the first step is to make a consistent change. This means being accountable for your food choices even when you’re on your own. Start by removing temptations like sugar and alcohol from your diet for a few weeks and stick to your plan. The results will show over time as your body adapts. Remember, the more muscle you have, the faster you burn fat because muscle boosts your metabolism. If you need a personalised plan, a consultation can help.
How can I get stronger without bulking up, and how often should I lift weights?
The key to getting stronger without adding bulk comes down to a combination of your nutrition and daily habits. Everyone's body is different due to genetics and metabolism, so there's no single perfect answer, but the general principle is the same. You should aim for consistency with your workouts rather than extreme intensity. A great approach is to exercise 4-5 times per week, focusing on a blend of different training styles. This includes 2-3 strength training sessions per week, combined with lower-intensity cardio like walking or jogging on the other days.
What should I expect in my initial consultation?
Before we begin, I want to get to know you on a deeper level. I believe in a holistic, sustainable approach to health, which is why I'll ask about your current routine, habits, and recent experiences. Your health is my priority. Your goals are relevant, but without a proper approach, the process won't be sustainable. My screening method is designed to be short and effective. It helps us understand your current strengths, eliminate unnecessary factors, and create a powerful program just for you.
What is Allaynah's favourite style of training?
I enjoy a combination of improving my strength, endurance and power/speed; so I have created my program to help me build in all of these areas. I focus on compound lifts, accessory exercise and ensure that I am running, walking, swimming and doing HIIT style sessions to keep a balance, and some boxing here and there!
How do our programmes work?
We collectively create a NEW lifestyle pattern that will support your current responsibilities: work, kids, family etc, and I will construct training and nutrition plans to support those needs. Each week/fortnight we will do a check-in, to reflect on and maintain the current focus and energy to move forward, reaching every day with a new attitude, self-affirming conversations to improve your fitness, strength and overall lifestyle choices. I can only help with the 1-2 hours a day, the rest of the 24 are up to you - so let’s connect today and reach the best YOU possible!
